CPA Faustin Mwinzi is a distinguished and highly committed professional in the field of accountancy and taxation. With a rich and diverse career, he has made significant contributions to the industry, particularly in the areas of professional development, education, and knowledge sharing.

He is a career Educator and academic programs manager currently serving as the Director of KCA University Professional and Technical Training Institute.  Under this role he oversees curriculum development, learning materials and delivery, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement for programs under the regulation of Technical and Vocational Education Training Authority

He is also a seasoned learning content developer, with expertise in developing and delivering content through both physical and online platforms. His work incorporates various multimedia forms, including audio, graphics, and video, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences.

CPA Faustin Mwinzi’s dedication to professional development extends beyond academia, exemplified by his role as lead trainer and curriculum designer for financial literacy training, funded by a MasterCard, benefiting 150 women entrepreneurs. This commitment, alongside his award-winning Practical Tax Training Program at the Centre of Excellence in Taxation, where he is both patron and founder, highlights his ongoing efforts to empower future leaders in both taxation and business.

A member of two Kenya Bureau of Standards technical committees—the Higher Education Standardization Committee and the Tertiary Education Standardization Committee—Faustin plays a crucial role in shaping standards for management systems, academic quality assurance, qualifications, learning facilities, technology, and health and safety in both higher and tertiary education institutions.
