Senior Trainer
Vivian is a Senior Trainer specializing in Leadership Development, Team Building, and Management. She has extensive experience in administration and management across various departments at KCA University. She previously served as Senior Assistant Registrar and Head of Examinations in the Registrar’s Office, where she championed the streamlining and realignment of the Admissions and Examinations departments through policy and process reviews, as well as the automation of admission and examination processes. These initiatives significantly improved the delivery of quality services to students.
Vivian has served as a team leader in various departments, gaining extensive experience in fostering teamwork, enhancing collaboration, and achieving departmental objectives. She has also participated in several university committees, including Admissions, Student Academic Disciplinary, Graduation, and Dean’s Committees. In addition, she is passionate about mentoring and guiding students to develop the skills and competencies required to meet the demands of the modern workplace.
