Sequential steps for diploma students starting attachment:

1. Join the official WhatsApp attachment group
2. Secure your insurance cover letter via the Supply Chain Office form
3. Pick up your logbook from the attachment coordination office (TC 1–4)
4. Request a supervisor via the supervisor allocation form once your attachment location is confirmed
5. First supervision — Week 6 (Teaching Practice) or Week 10 (Industrial Attachment)
6. Final submission (Week 10–12): signed, stamped logbook emailed to pttilogbooks@kcau.ac.ke
